 Future Plans: At the completion of the program Krisha will be offered and will accept a promotion to research associate at the Michigan Public Health Institute's Center for National Prevention Initiatives SDY Data Coordinating Center.

 Future Plans: Ariel's goal is to pursue a DrPh degree. She would love to continue her education at MSU and I am hopeful that with the accreditation, that MSU may implement a DrPh program. She has been employed as a research assistant at MSU's Institute for Health Policy and upon graduation, she will be continuing her employment full time as a health care quality project coordinator.

Future Plans: Stephanie began working at the Calhoun County Public Health Department before the pandemic. She felt like she was thrown into the Covid response and knew she wanted to make public health her lifelong career. Pursuing an MPH was going to allow for future job opportunities within the health department and also provide a good background in public health as her undergrad degree was in studio art.

Future Plans: After graduation from the MSU-MPH program and recent completion of his residency, Christopher will begin work as a primary care physician for the Kaiser-Permanente health care organization in Southern California, specializing in Family Medicine.

 Future Plans: Katelynn is contemplating a DrPH within the next five years; she wishes to focus on developing her network and experience first. Her current job does not align with her true goal/passion, so she will be seeking a new position that is more aligned with health policy in the coming months.

Future Plans: Upon finishing the MPH program, Santiago plans on focusing on finishing medical school. He hopes to get involved with Companeros en Salud, a Partners in Health affiliate in southern Mexico. By being part of a global health organization he hopes to put into practice public health and medical concepts that he has acquired. Likewise, he hopes to continue fighting social injustices that have a negative impact on people's health.

 Viviana Quintino-Zavala

Future Plans: Viviana's thoughts are to seek a career in public health, so this will be her main focus following graduation besides enjoying her victory. During her Applied Practicum Experience she was able to participate in community-based project research and she understands that she has the potential to engage in such research activities within Kent County, Michigan after graduation. Currently, she is working as a nurse technician at a hospital and is enthusiastic to move up in the position now that she has her MPH, wherever she is needed. This is a huge milestone for her and she knows that what comes next is going to be extraordinary as she creates her mark in public health practice.
