Biography:

Doug Moyer PhotoPublic Health Focus/Interests:

Dr. Moyer has developed and taught online courses for the Master of Public Health program for over ten years. His teaching responsibilities have ranged from PH 101: Introduction to Public Health to PH 893: Public Health Integrative Learning Experience (AKA Capstone).  

Dr. Moyer is also an instructor in the Master of Science in Food Safety Online program at MSU (College of Veterinarian Medicine). There he is a primary advisor to graduate students enrolled in VM 815: Applied Project in Food Safety (AKA Capstone).  

Dr. Moyer’s research, presentations, and publications are primarily focused on the public health threat of food fraud.
