Dr. Tao is an epidemiologist with 15+ years’ experiences working in public health agency and healthcare industry. She has strong interests in chronic disease control and prevention, health policy and healthcare data analytics.

Dr. Tao currently provides analytics consulting to physician practices, health systems, hospitals and accountable care organizations (ACOs). The US healthcare system is shifting away from traditional fee-for-service model to value-based healthcare. Dr. Tao is focusing on analytics as an enabler for providers to achieve success in this transformation journey.
